(tracks created: Life is Real only then, when I Am and Breathe in the
air)
Today's music is an Electro-trance track. Breathe in the air.
-But
wait, there's more. Another Electro-ish track: Life is Real only then,
when I Am.
Today
has been a full day of music. Not only did I produce two tracks, but I
finished the second track that I begun yesterday, called Inner World.
At two tracks per day, I'm might be releasing my boxed set before my first
album.
3.28.07
(tracks created: Inner World and 3.28)
Today's music is 3.28. This is a journey. Very psychedelic, and very experimental.
3.27.07
Sick day. No music. Woke up sick, when to bed sick, and sick in-between.
3.26.07
(tracks created: 3.26 and 3.27)
6:32
Today's
musical contribution to the world: 3.26 It's chill, atmospheric, ambient,
rich, and deep.

But
wait there's more. After a fine vegan dinner another one popped out. This
guy is a bit wacky he is. This one still needs a little time to develop.
It's a little silly, rawcky, video gamey. To me my Zappa influence is
rather obvious. But it's more like Zappa on Acid.
3.25.07
A very clear day, as far as thoughts actions, and music. Music was kind
enough to drop by and hang all day and night. Thank you.

I spent the majority of the day working on a mix to use an example of
my live set. I began the day by creating a 12 improv piece, that sounds
very similar to my live set. I then worked on mixing my tracks in Live
PA style. I'm finding it difficult to describe or be specific as to what
I do, since I do such a variety of things. I have taken the approach to
playing what's appropriate for each gig. Since most of my past sets have
been improvised, this meant: assessing what is needed for the gig sound-wise,
and developing a way to achieve my assessment. For me to perform a gig
in this way meant at least a week of prep time. I'm redefining how I approach
my sets, but I haven't found the definition yet. I'm very much an improviser
at heart and it's tough to think within the confines of a template. At
this point, the decision is that I should promote myself as a producer,
playing Live PA style+improv and take it from there. Since it's in my
nature to see many possibilities, it's very hard for me to commit to one.

Today I had a rehearsal for an upcoming show. Since I am a guitarist for
this show, I decided I should at least spend an hour practicing since
I haven't touched my guitar for almost two weeks. After 19 years of playing
guitar, I have earned the ability to do this. I have learned how to wake
my stiff fingers and hands up in a one hour practice session. My practice
sessions consisted of revisiting a classical piece that I used to work
on in high school. During my session, I encountered a state of relaxed
activity and was able to observe stress and tension rising in certain
areas of my body.

A rather funky new tune arrived today. Let's welcome 3.21 into the world.

(tracks created: 3.20.07, 3.20.07song2)
12:45am
Well, what a day. two tracks very close to finished. I love when inspiration
is available like this.
check out 3.20.07 song 2.
7:16pm
New track: 3.20.07 is up. I've decided to let this one rest for the day.
5:02pm
Last night ended with the beginning of a new track. Today began with work
on it. So far, it's sounding very clean and punchy. It's a very simple
chord progression, as is the case with most of my tracks. Today is an
interesting weather day. On a quick trip to the store for lunch and other
goodies, I looked to my right I saw a thick fog draping house on the hill.
To my right, a palm tree with baby blue sky framing it. I saw that I was
in the middle of a yin yang. Which is just about where I like to be when
I'm in a yin yang.

(tracks created: Mark of Cain, Witness Jehovah)
2:05
I began to work on the track, Mark of Cain. The music appeared effortlessly,
the name, shortly after.
Inspiration wears many masks, not all pleasant. It is our responsibility
to look past the mask, just see inspiration. Listen

A new track has appeared. Witness Jehovah. My mentally ill neighbor was
preaching outside my window. Yelling "jehovah hates this, jehovah
hates that. I welcomed this pointy stick and jabbed myself enough with
it to allow this track to appear. Thank you tony. May your craziness be
an example and a reminder about the craziness of all religion.
